In this process, figs are passed through a sieve and sorted according to their size. It is classified as number 1 to 10 according to TS 541 standards and continues to the next stage.
In the sorting section, physical defects (dents, rotten tears, etc.) that do not comply with our company's operating standards are separated.

Products that have reached this process are finalized by expert personnel and checked one last time before being shipped to the processing and packaging department.

Products that have successfully passed through all processes are checked one last time for compliance with our business standards, Turkish Food Codex, and legislation before being shipped to the packaging and boxing department. Products that do not comply with standards are separated.
Products packaged under hygienic conditions are cellophaneed and boxed in our modern cellophane machines.
Prepared products are stored in special packages in accordance with the final product storage conditions. Here, the batches that have passed the final quality control are kept ready for shipment.
Products that pass the final quality control are transported domestically or internationally according to the transportation and shipping instructions.
