Our sun-dried tom atoes startoff as ripe, juicy tomatoes
grown in the Aegean region of Turkey They are vine-ripened
and hand-picked at peak flovor, then laid carefully in the sun
for about a week to dry naturally. The harvest and sun
drying usually takes place from the end of July and lasts until
September. The sun-dried tomatoes have a rich, intense
flavor with just the right amount of texture.
