Turkey’s hot dry summers and mild winters in the southeast

produces two types of the nut-Antep and Siirt. Antep pistachios 
are small and slender with brown shells. They are cultivated in 
the eastern part of Turkey, which is also known as the country’s 
baklava capital. The Antep nut has a meaty, rich flavor and is 
famous for its complex savory taste with a touch of sweetness. 
The texture of the Antep pistachio is crispy and crunchy.
